How much does it cost / is there a shop minimum?

How do I book an appointment?

In order to book an appointment, you must first schedule a consultation with the artist to discuss the design. This is to allow you and the artist to come to an understanding on what is possible for the design. It also allows her to estimate the amount of time needed to complete the tattoo.

What should I bring to a consultation?

Bringing a number of reference photos is an excellent way to begin the design process. This not only gives the artist a starting point, but can help guide the discussion about what will work best for your specific idea. Also consider:

-Placement on the body

-Your budget

-Color or Black & Gray

Will I get a drawing before my appointment?

In short, no. The artist will create the design during the first portion of your appointment. This time will not be billed to you, however it allows you and the artist to work together to come up with the design that will perfectly suit you.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

-Be sure to eat a sizable meal within four hours of your appointment

-Make sure to hydrate!

-No Alcohol. Drinking alcohol causes the blood to thin and will lead to excessive bleeding and can dilute the pigments of the ink. Even drinking the night before can have adverse effects, so avoid hangovers on the day of your appointment.

-No Drugs. The effect of drugs on the human body can lead to hypersensitivity causing additional discomfort during the tattoo. Yes, this includes Marijuana.

-Wear clothing that will allow access to the part of the body being tattooed. Ensure that you will be comfortable, warm, and adequately covered.

How do I care for my tattoo after the appointment (aftercare)?

Your artist will provide you with aftercare instructions following your first appointment.

What is your cancellation / reschedule policy?

-Rescheduling the appointment can be done up to 72 hours prior to the appointment with no penalty.

-Cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

I already have a tattoo from the artist, do I still need a consultation?

Yes. There are no exceptions to this rule. The artist needs specific information from you about the design in order to provide you with the best service possible.
